Who is Barrarister?
You might notice that some of the things that we do is done under the brand Barrarister. Before Chilli Coffee was ever thought of, we were roasting our own, premium quality coffee beans. It was important to us and our little coffee truck to provide our customers with delicious coffee that was consistently and dependably the same quality. We found getting a consistently good roast a little tricky, so we decided to roast our own.
We ended up with a hit on our hands that needed a name. We combined our love for barramundi fishing with our love for being a barista and came up with the name Barrarister Coffee. This is the parent name of our company, and to keep a touch of nostalgia, remains the name of our premium roasted coffee beans.
