Our Coffee Blend
PREMIUM QUALITY & CONSISTENCY
We source beans from various premium coffee growing regions around the globe. Where possible, our beans are certified and sourced from FairTrade growers.
“Certifications offer various third-party assurances to the consumer. Environmentally friendly farming practices are used and supported. They provide assurances that no child labour was involved in the production of the coffee. Some certification programs focus more heavily on the price paid to the producers, together with the quality of the beans.”
While there are many options out there for the ‘certified-minded consumer’, it’s also important to recognise the many additional sources and supply of coffees that are not certified but are still produced in environmentally-sound ways with excellent and safe labour practices.
Our specialty coffee is sourced from specific farms, regions and cooperatives who not only focus on the quality of the coffee but also support their local communities.
